"...Chatteris offer support from the moment you arrive in Hong Kong and that support remains apparent throughout your time with the company. Chatteris also allows Hong Kong newbies to have a pre-existing social circle of 70+ fellow new teachers.
I've thoroughly enjoyed my time with Chatteris and would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of moving abroad to teach!

Chatteris has been very beneficial to my career development, as it has allowed me to foster skills which are crucial to my future as a Secondary Teacher. Furthermore, Chatteris was aware of my future career plans at the outset, and therefore placed me in a school which best suited my career goals and skills development.

Chatteris Native English Tutor
The Chatteris International Graduate Programme allows university graduates from any discipline to contribute directly to the life and learning experience of Hong Kong students. As a CNET, you will be placed full time in a local school to help improve the English language environment and motivate students to speak English. You will also have the opportunity to develop a lasting insight into Hong Kong and Chinese culture and to form lifelong international friendships with the team of CNETs working alongside you. Teaching in a Hong Kong school environment is a challenging and rewarding experience. CNETs develop many valuable skills, such as confidence, flexibility, patience, communication and an appreciation of cultural diversity. In addition to professional in-school experience, the Chatteris International Graduate Programme offers further opportunities, including project management, career development and community work. These initiatives provide graduates with skills that can be easily transferred to any future career. Extensive support and training is provided throughout the year. Additional opportunities are available to support those who would like assistance in bridging the gap from English tutor to a qualified TESOL teacher. A Chatteris representative visits universities every year to hold presentations and information sessions for interested students and graduates. For interested applicants who cannot meet the representative during these trips.

"Just say yes to everything and anything. This way you will get a multitude of experiences, some that I never would have dreamed of before coming to Hong Kong. When in school give it your all and think outside the box. The benefits are clear to see if you do"
